 Candidates should have strong SAS knowledge.

Business Analyst will work independently with the Modeling application group
to develop the requirements. The BA will have strong skills to develop the
modeling application business & interfaces requirements. Also, FNM SDLC
deliverables knowledge is a plus.

Business Analyst III is responsible for leading the business & functional
requirements gathering effort. The candidate works directly with internal
customers to understand the business requirements and interfaces needs.
Identifies relevant design, process and specification issue. Document the
requirements and other SDLC requisite documentation.

Contractor will be using LFM (Loss Forecasting Modeling) and ELRM. The
purpose of the LFM application is to project severity of the market and
projection of the credit losses Where the purpose of ELRM is to recover from
the REO properties and perform Actual accounting for the REO Recovery.

Candidates must possess Modeling application knowledge and SAS. Candidate
should preferably have SF non-performing business knowledge. Candidates
should have at least 3-5 years of experience and a mortgage or banking
background.
