Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: · Senior to expert level with at least five (5) years of IT experience. Proven ability to facilitate the collection of ideas and information, perform analysis, and document the results – in narrative form as well as with graphics. Proven ability to develop formal requirement deliverables utilizing use case models. Proven ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts and run test and collect test evidence. Proven ability to develop training objectives and materials. Proven ability to work with processes for the review, negotiation, and acceptance of formal project deliverables. b. Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience working with accountants,budget analysts, financial auditors, or other financially oriented users. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, facilitate communication amongst its members, and to bring a group to a consensus. Excellent PC skills, particularly in writing business documents and in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze business requirements. Demonstrated strong people skills.
