The perfect candidate will be a user centric interactive developer who is passionate about progressive web standards and web technologies: Flash AS3, Flash builder, Flex, web services, XML, GAIA, MVC, OOP and Unit testing all should be in your vocabulary if not in your toolbox. Along with impressive past experience and excellent code samples the right candidate will have strong visual skills and familiarity with development in a JSP environment Candidates who are personable, open to learning, collaborate well with others, have a positive attitude and are more apt to saying yes or well try (rather than no or thats impossible) will be at the top of our list. eCommerce experience is a plus but developers who demonstrate suitable usability experience from other user facing web industries (entertainment, business, etc.) will be considered. Required Skills Computer science degree or related technical experience. 3.5+ years experience building interactive applications using Flash / Flex AS3 Experience with open source libraries such as greensock, tweener and Papervision Experience with GAIA framework Experience with MVC design patters, OOP, Unit Testing Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Team player with good communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe software products and various web browsers. Excellent English communication skills. Desired Skills 2+ years experience with AJAX, JSON, JQuery library and plug-ins. 2+ years experience with Photoshop and optimizing web graphics Experience with Flash Builder Experience with version control (CVS, Subversion, GIT) *HTML 5, PHP, SQL * Experience with bug / issue tracking systems (e.g. FogBugz, Bugzilla, etc.). Experience working with Linux/LAMP Experience with Adobe Scene7. Experience with site metrics (CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, Omniture). Experience with enterprise development platforms and application server development. Hands on knowledge of XML. Creative design background is a huge plus. Required Experience Develop and maintain rich interactive applications utilizing Flash / Flex AS3 Develop working prototypes for internal review and UI design collaboration. Participation and contribution to defining development and usability testing methodologies, including working with other developers and shared resources (web merchants, designers, release engineers, QA testers), specifying / discussing technical design approaches, and seeking peer design / code reviews.
