Duties: -Design Documents -Interface Documentation -.Net / SQL Code Web User Interface -Creating, editing and validating XML Documents -Complete and Timely Release Notes -Unit Test Cases -Implementation Plans: Installation, Deployment, Production Support Handoff -Ad Hoc Support Documents (ex.: Process Flows) -Defect identification/resolution/retest -System test and UAT support Skills -C#, .Net, SQL -2-3 plus years prior software development experience including three in a SQL, . NET, ASP.NET, Sharepoint environment. -Must understand, articulate and apply contemporary software engineering techniques and be able to mentor other personnel in the techniques. -Experience should include multiple tools for software development including, but not limited to: TOAD, Visual Studio, Visual Source Safe, Harvest, Vision and IIS. -*Healthcare experience a plus. * -Excellent facilitation skills for design sessions and code reviews. -Broad expertise desired to contribute to defining the Development Center software development methodologies, processes and procedures. -Adept at applying software development techniques in the context of various software development life cycles. -As an expert, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. -Work on complex issues where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. -General understanding of business issues across several functional areas. -Ability to set goals and work with limited supervision and without detailed directions. -Superior verbal and written communication skills.
