Having expertise in FICO is added advantage* · Demonstrated Experience Testing on an SAP Implementation Project – Functional Unit Testing and Business Process (String) testing, End-to-End Integration Testing · Experience leading a test team of 3-5 resources in an offshore model is an added advantage · Responsible for Test Design (Test case/ Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution. · Should have ability to write Test plan, prepare test metrics. Should have done Test scripts development and test case development. · Should have experience to perform Integration, Functional, System, Regression and Smoke tests · Should have Previous experience with Rational CQTM, Manual Tester · Need to work with developers and other teams to validate fixes · Should have good understanding of Testing process and able to handle Test reporting · Possess Good Communication skills, Provide timely, accurate and complete status updates. Communicate issues and risks that could negatively impact an application’s release. Should have ability to lead required meetings.
