There is an urgent requirement of Lead java with Agile Scrum Master
Developer
Lead Developer\Scrum Master

*Location – Minneapolis, MN*
*Duration – 6 months*
This position will fill the role of Scrum Master while acting as the Lead
Developer. This application will be high volume transactional platform
driven by complex rules and business processes.
Knowledge and Skills:
• 8+ years experience developing, deploying and supporting complex
computing applications in a large scale environment
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry, Claims processing and/or
encounters (Medicare, Medicaid) environment is preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum project is required.
• Technology experience:
o Spring Core 2.5
o Spring Batch 2.0
o Rich Faces 3
o JPA (Persistence)
o Oracle 10g
o WebSphere 6.x and 7.x is a plus
Use of Service Oriented Architecture in high volume transaction
environments
• UML expertise e.g. Statecharts, Class Diagrams, Sequence
Diagrams, Component Diagrams and experience with the Rational Rose or
Rational Software Architect
• Ability to lead a Scrum team through the process and collaborate
with other Scrum teams teams, architects and other members of the software
development team.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
demonstrated through successfully leading large and complex change
initiatives
