Experience with daily budget transactions at the position level highly desired as well as state/institutional controlled fund-budget tracking and non-controlled fund-budget tracking. Experience with Annual Cycle data collection of position budgets; balancing those budget entries to control totals at the fund level; slicing the data to balance at the department level; slicing the data to balance at the sub-area level (roll up of departments); slicing the data to balance at the area level (roll up of sub-areas); utilizing trees to accomplish this.
