CSQA, CSTE, CSQE, or other industry standard testing accreditation. ( Must have at least one) - Minimum 7 years broad IT experience covering multiple areas of IT such as testing, business analyst, development, data management, IT project management, IT audit, system administration, etc. - 2- 4 years IT testing experience with *at least two years filling a test lead role *for IT projects with medium to high complexity. This would include successfully developing and executing testing utilizing industry standard testing methodologies or processes to plan testing, develop test cases, execute testing and report on defects. This would include reporting on testing status utilizing metrics as well as ensuring test coverage of requirements. - Ability to design and document processes - Demonstrated understanding of and experience with system development methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate work of other team members and facilitate work including proven ability to use resources effectively and efficiently.
