- *Support FatWire and resolve technical issues*
- *Work with FatWire Support departments to facilitate issue resolution*
- *Provide training and maintenance of FatWire Infrastructure*
- *Develop and document the detailed technical design for FatWire
Installation on QualityNet*
- *Performance tuning of management and production environments for
QualityNet FatWire installation*
- *Deliver technical training*
- *Gather information from systems, analyzes program and time
requirements. Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks
and provides recommendations to project managers*
- *Support project personnel in resolving fairly complex program
problems. *
- *Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate
programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. *
- *Provide technical advice on complex programming*
- *May serve as technical project lead; provide leadership and work
guidance to less experienced personnel. *
- *Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews*
- *Provide consulting services in a technical and/or managerial capacity
to management and technical staff. *
- *May represent company in presentations or conference involving
customers, co-contractors, suppliers, competitors, academia or the public
