Location: Chicago
Provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy,
migration of the internal portal BlueWeb.com from legacy system to a liferay
portal framework.
Develop infrastructure design and recommend back end servers set up for the
portal framework.
Develop detailed system design and architecture document.
Develop and recommend migration path and strategy.
Develop various integration points with different systems and intgration
with TeamSite Content Management System.
Develop and Recommend CMS (content mangement strategy) and DMS (document
management strategy) strategy based on the portal solution.
*Typically has minimum of 10 years of IT work experience including
application system design and implementation*. Experience integrating the
components of the technology platform including Portal Framework including
LifeRay, Content Management System preferable TeamSite, J2EE, WebSphere, SQL
and Cognos.
In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object
oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs

Integration Interfaces Spec,
CMS and DMS Strategy,
Should be Ready to Code in Java and LifeRay Portal Technology, if needed.

experience.
- At least 3+ years of design and development of Web Services.
Should be involved in design and development of big Portal
Applications and Web Sites for large organizations
