Solid WebSphere Portal and J2EE experience is a must. WebSphere Commerce experience is desirable. •Requires advanced knowledge of organization stated technology standards, procedures and methods •Translates and interprets functional requirements documentation for large projects •Designs and develops complex solutions for the organization's core applications/interfacing systems •Performs system/applications integrations •Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment •May lead small teams or projects; shares expertise Skills: Required Technical Skills •Past experience in configuring and developing with WebSphere Portal oTwo or more years experience with IBM Websphere Portal oTwo or more years experience developing JSR 168/286 Portlets, JSPs and Servlets and J2EE Web Services oDemonstrated experience with Portal WCM components oDemonstrated experience with Portal themes and skins. oExperience with Websphere Portal v.6 •Five or more years Java/J2EE Development •Past struts and JSF development /experience •Three or more years experience with Rational Application Developer (RAD) •Three or more years experience with SQL, JavaScript and AJAX •Four or more years experience with HTML and JavaScript •Four or more years experience with XML •Customer-focused, "do what it takes" attitude •Interest in learning and applying new technologies •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Travel is less than 5%.
