Monitor various connector and adapters (SAP R/3, ECC, BI, MQ Series etc). Proactively researches and recommends environmental enhancements as well as reactively troubleshoots problems that occur. Experience managing multiple environments with patches, upgrades etc. This will also require after hours and weekend support in an oncall rotation.
