We are looking for a Business SYSTEM Analyst for our direct client.
BSA will be responsible to assess the current state of business and gather
detailed Business requirements for " future" State.
Requirements:
1. Gather, identify and document business flows and processes in the current
state.
2. Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications and
detailed requirements.
3. The Business Systems job family includes all functions supporting
applications systems including applications development, business analysis,
research and development, and systems integration for business systems.
4. Lead in the development, design and implementation of business systems.
5.May require to prepare project plans, estimates and schedules, and assists
in managing projects to assure objectives are met on time and within cost.
6. Perform business systems development tasks, including: working with users
to define systems needs; designing business systems and technical
specifications to meet user needs;
7.Translating logic diagrams into program statements; designing
specifications, screen designs, procedures, and technical requirements
8. Liaisons as required with business unit end-users to anticipate future
business needs and begin initial specification development.
9. Learn the specific goals and objective of the assigned Project by
actively participating in and leading team projects. Volunteers for work
outside of the assigned computer related activities as required to grasp a
better comprehension of assigned business unit.
10. Partners and networks with members of Technology Services on a variety
of issues and projects as required.
