Helps to run the queries on his own. · Good with MS Word , Excel , PPT, Visio etc. (BA Tools) Soft Skills 1) Good Communication skills. Must be able to interact with Biz users across the regions 2) Good Analytical ability 3) Flexible in work hours. EMEA and APAC users are available either early in morning or late in night. 4) Must be ready to work with Offshore team if required.
