Should have at least 6+ years of Java experience . 5+ years of experience in J2EE application life cycle . Well versed with J2EE standard design patterns . Experience with Hibernate or other O/R Data Access packages . Oracle with strong PL/SQL skills is must . Experience in multi-threading is must . JMS experience is preferred . Hands on experience with Web Services/SOAP over HTTP/SOAP over JMS . Experience with Weblogic Appserver (9i) . UML . Experience with Java UI Swing / AWT Secondary Skills: .
