Formulates and defines specifications for complex operating software
programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing
applications.
*Essential Functions:** **(Include in order of importance)***
· Experience in writing Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers,
and functions
· Experience developing, coding, testing, and debugging new software
or enhancements to existing software
· Experience with the requirements, design, implementation, and
administration of database applications
· Familiarity with full SDLC
· Experience with Oracle 9i, 10g
· Experience maintaining development and operational databases
· Optimize and tune stored procedures and work with SQA Team to
design and implement load tests.
· Code data migration and load scripts.
· Coordinate cross-functional projects as assigned and interact with
all areas of the organization to achieve timely results.
· Consult with customers on project status and advise customer about
technical issues.
· Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on candidate’s
experience.

· 6+ years software systems programming
· Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL
· Experience working with Software Configuration Management tools (SCM),
Mercury Test director, Embarco ER Studio, Toad
· Strong problem solving/trouble shooting skills
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
· Masters degree
· Pervasive or Informatica ETL, Data Warehouse concepts, Automate
· Knowledge of Health Care industry a huge plus
