He/she will need to work closely with management, analysts, QA, and other team members. · Analysis, design, and implementation of complex Java Swing modules (3+ yrs) · Analysis, design, and implementation of custom Java Swing widgets (3+ yrs) · Mentor other team members · Analysis, design, and implementation of complex Spring/Hibernate applications (a plus) · Analysis, design, and implementation of complex data models (a plus) Participate in all aspects of the SDLC including software design. Due to resources constantly being pulled to support currently payroll (GP, Emergent, Year-End, etc), the Everest team is often not running at full capacity. The Java Swing UI has constantly been the bottleneck of development. Cross-training other developers in Java Swing have been slow and prove to be both unproductive and inefficient due to project time constraints.
