    Skills/Experience
     Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for multiple large
PeopleSoft projects
     Experience with ensuring business readiness on major system rewrite
projects
     Experience coordinating testing including unit testing, system
integration testing, and customer-acceptance testing; ensure  testing
effectively validates the system functionality  prior to go-live
     Strong planning skills with proven track record of finishing projects
on-time
     Experience implementing or enhancing PeopleSoft for Financial, Banking
and Treasury operations
     PeopleSoft experience including the following modules Accounts
Receivable, Portal, Financial Gateway, Accounts Payable,  Bank Statement
processing, In-house Bank, Integration Broker,
Cash Management, Reconciliation, Deal Management,  Settlement process, and
Treasury Accounting,

       PeopleSoft version 9.0 experience and PeopleTools 8.49 experience

       Knowledge of software development methodologies, design and
implementations

       Experience managing team(s) of PeopleSoft technical staff.

       Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with technical staff and
customer staff on the project

        Expert with the Microsoft Office products, including MSWord, Visio,
Excel and PowerPoint

        Experience facilitating work sessions and gathering requirements.

        Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels.


           REQ´s -
             Graduated from an accredited four-year college or
university

                 Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate
effectively on diverse teams (e.g., portfolio/project managers, domain
experts, users, and software engineering team)

                 Strong  Understanding of computer related tools, methods,
platforms and operating systems.

                  Experience working with enterprise software solutions.

                  Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of PeopleSoft
support, including both Technical and Functional support.

                  PeopleSoft experience with implementations, installations
and/or upgrades

                  Experience using third party support and testing tools
(e.g. Quest Stat, CA Service Desk, HP Loadrunner, etc) in a PeopleSoft
technical environment.

                 Experience with PeopleSoft change management protocols and
solutions (internal and external object control)

                 Understanding of PeopleSoft Security hierarchy and setup
(Role-level, Permission Lists, User Profiles, Field-level, etc) across
application components

                 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local
Government).
