How important is location to you? *This candidate must be in the Dallas, TX

This consultant needs to work on building a marketing site for our *mortgage
division.*
We already have a site for brokers, this will focus on the Reverse Mortgage.
Whats the process here? F2F will be required. Phone call first though.
Length exactly? 10-12 weeks. We need someone to start right away. Benefit is
that they can copy the whole sales site content. Not a start from scratch
site. Replica.
This will be building mostly static web pages.
Marketing team will need dynamic pages at one point, so *AJAX is an
important.*
Which of these java web technologies do you need to have: EJB, JSP,
Servlets, Struts, JDBC, Front End technologies
Client Tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript needed
No web service calls so web services is not imperative.
How many years of J2ee qualifies this person? We will feel comfortable with
someone who has worked with* Java for about 8 years. No less.*
Content Management Tool of Tridion is a nice to have. Content Management
understanding would be great.
What *framework* do they need: *Spring* is what we use.
Do you all use Eclipse as your IDE? Eclipse will be necessary to hit the
ground running.
What database are you needing? No database component for this project. Just
building the pages.
Do they need experience installing, administering, configuring a web server?
Nope, We run Linux Servers and Apache Tomcat.
Soft skills: This person needs to be okay with a short project, coming In
with no learning curve. No time to train.
This is a Senior Java profile, 8 years of experience needed.
