Solid ASP.NET MVC experience, not just MVC patterns
1. C# as primary language
2. Unit test experience
3. Preferred MSTest
4. Preferred Test Driven Development (TDD) approach
5. Nice to have some knowledge of Behavioral Driven Development (BDD)
6. Domain modeling experience
7. Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
8. Experience querying web services (SOAP based or WCF)
9. Preferred experience with some form of Agile methodology
Nice to haves
1. Some experience querying services for CMS data (SharePoint)
2. Experience with any of the following tools
3. SpecFlow
4. Lightweight Application Test Framework (LATF)
5. RhinoMocks 6. TaskBoard
7. Experience on a Scrum project
8. Multi-threaded guru
9. Heavy SharePoint/CMS experience
