*IT Applications CG Service

*Description of Assignment:
*I3 Telephony Support & Development

*Deliverables:
*You will provide back office support for the internal IT helpdesks in
diagnosing and resolving issues with the Telephony platform (I3-Interactive
Intelligence) and if needed escalate the issue to the vendor. In addition
you will provide training for new helpdesk personnel.
You will be part of the level 2 Standby team (24/7) and travel to
international sites for go live support.

*Specific Job Characteristics:
*More than 3 years experience in telephony application development,
implementation and support
More than 2 years experience in Call Center technologies
Must have strong knowledge in Call Center business processes
Strong knowledge of networking infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, VoIP
Telephony, DNS
*Experience with I3 Interactive Intelligence is a big plus
*Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver on time, quality and
budget
Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills.
