- MS Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- *MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010* design, analysis, and troubleshooting
- IP networking (*DNS, DHCP, WINS*) within a *Windows environment*
- Configuration, administration and support of *HP and/or Dell server-class
hardware*
- Virtualization software (*VMWare vSphere*)
- Management of SANs (*NetApp and/or Dell*) and associated connectivity
technologies (*iSCSI, fiber channe*l)
- *IP Telephony* (*Avaya*) systems and associated technologies such as *PBX,
ACD, voicemail, MPLS, CoS/QoS*
- *Data center operations* associated with* backup and recovery best
practices*
- DRBC planning and testing; capacity planning; system and application
monitoring tools
Hands-on experience with array of Citrix products (XenApp, XenDesktop,
Access Gateway, SSL/VPN) is desirable.
