Must Have Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Ability to interface with the customer
3. Should be a hands-on resource
4. Excellent Netezza , Oracle and Informatica skills
a. Informatica – Analyze, Review, Develop and Tune BI Reports
b. Informatica – Analyze, Review, Develop and Tune complex SQL
queries
c. Oracle/ Netezza -– Analyze, Review, Develop and Tune complex
queries
5. Data modeling experience is a must.
6. Oracle to Netezza Migration experience is an added advantage
7. Extensive experience with Onsite-offshore model as Onsite coordinator.
Project Details:
Client currently uses Oracle as the backend system and wishes to
migrate the backend to Netezza.
Technology stack - Oracle 10, Netezza, Informatica 8.6
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Requirement analysis, Design, Review, Database Migration, performance tuning.
Highlighting and tracking issues and risks in a timely fashion,
coordination with offshore team. Manage the deliverables and direct
the team in business and technical front.
Provide recommendations for solving, and implementing solutions for
oracle to Netezza migration. The candidate should have solid
experience in Netezza, demonstrate knowledge of data warehouse
end-to-end implementation processes
