We have a very urgent requirement as TIBCO Designer. Please have a look at

Location : Portland, Oregon.

TIBCO Designer
Qualifications:
First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a
reputed university with a good background of large scale software
development and IT experience of around 6-8 years.
Technical Knowledge and Experience Required
. Skilled Analyst with good experience of end to end development
using all TIBCO BPM products / other BPM tools like PEGA / Oracle BPM etc.
. Understanding user requirements and enhancement requests for BPM
development projects
. Ability to perform requirement analysis, design and identify
impacts (functional/technical)
. Ability to define and document process models from a given set of
requirements
. Ability in designing multi-tier application architecture including
creating use cases, object models, sequence diagrams, activity flows etc.
. Understanding of Service Oriented architecture concepts and ESB,
BPEL, BPM
. Good understanding of software development life cycle and
Agile/iterative methodology
. Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance
projects
. Experience in handling teams of 5-7 at least members
. Technical competency in the following:
Skills in TIBCO product stack - iProcess Suite, Business Studio,
Business Works, BW Workflow, Portal Builder, Business Connect, various
adapters, General Interface, Active Matrix Suite, RV, EMS OR Equivalent
products such as Oracle BPM.
Proficiency & varied experience in J2EE
Web services, SOAP, UDDI, WS-Security etc.
Experience in BPM / EAI a must
Skills in TIBCO Spotfire and CIM would be added advantage
