Job Description:*
PeopleSoft HCM payroll upgrade to 9.1 (now 8.8); there is a current vendor
onsite and they need additional resources. PeopleSoft Upgrade requires
additional developer resources in order to address work required to complete
all interface conversion activities.
Responsibilities:
* Must have prior experience with the Oracle Peoplesoft HCM, ELM, NA Payroll
modules for version 9.0 and above
* Must have prior experience with upgrading the above listed PeopleSoft
modules from version 8.8 to higher software versions
* Strong understanding of PeopleTools version 4.xx and higher
* Competent in program development using PeopleSoft SQR and SQL scripts
* Must have prior experience with version 9.0 and higher database structures
in order to convert existing version 8.8 interfaces
to version 9.1 data structures
* must have strong analysis skills and be a self starter, working with a
team of developers to convert existing version 8.8 modules to
version 9.1
* knowledge of PeopleSoft Tibco adapter and tumbleweed product integrations
is a plus
* knowledge of ePerformance, eDevelopment and Base Benefit modules is a plus
Functional understanding of Benefits Administration (to assist in
development of external interfaces to vendors)..
