*locals preferred* ** *Description:* - Problem determination and resolution. - Describe short-term and long-term target backup architectures and recommendations. - Backup monitoring & Trouble shouting - Documentation skills - Create suggested target backup schedule and operational plan. - Troubleshooting real time Windows 2k8 Distributed File System(DFS) and DFS Replication issues. - Review and suggest performance tuning and monitoring and tools metrics as necessary - Experienced in Production Server Environment *Skills needed:* - Fix the problem on servers.
