Please let me know if you are available for the below requirement. * * *Reply to: [email protected] or [email protected]* * * *Position: Project Manager* *Location: Milwaukee, WI.* *Duration: 3+ months* *Overview: * The selected candidate will be a member of the PMO Team. He / she will be required to engage project managers, functional area leaders, as well as, business teams in performing this role. This role will report directly to the Director, Project Management. *Responsibilities:* The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: o Defines, documents and executes medium-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project. o Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. o Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion to agreed terms of reference for each project. o Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports as appropriate. o Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and reviews actions where these deviate from agreed tolerances with line manager. o Ensures that deliverables are implemented within the constraints of the project. o Manages the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project stakeholders. o Identifies issues and problems with scope and progress of the project. o Conduct reviews / analysis of the resource plans against the milestone plans for inconsistencies and follow- through to closure with project managers. *Skills / Experience: * o 7+ years business experience o 2+ years of Agile software development experience desired o Sound grasp of budgeting & management reporting o Highly skilled with MS office products (particularly Excel and pivot tables) o Working knowledge and experience of IT project management practices & principles o Demonstrated experience in technical project tracking and management o Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to effectively communicate o The ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines and organize and prioritize work o Strong organization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. o Must be very proactive / self-starter; results-oriented o Must be a strong team player *Education & Professional Qualifications **Required: * o College Degree in Computer Science, Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience The manager is flexible with whether the Bachelor’s degree is completed as long as their work reflects that they are very proactive and organized in addition to the knowledge of how projects work/some exposure to Software Development. *Desirable: * o PMP Certification o Brokerage operations knowledge/experience -- With Regards, *Bharath* *Sure IT Solutions Inc. *1801 W Queen Creek RD | Suite # 3 | Chandler | AZ 85248 Phone:602-490-0074 or 602-334-4209 ; FAX: 866-322-0121 Email: [email protected] or [email protected]<[email protected]> http:// www.sureitinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ORACLE DWH DBA" group.
