CACS-G is our proprietary collection software - I doubt anyone external would have the CACS-G exp. . If they any exp w/ a Collections system that would be good too . The DBA will complete the remaining tasks for a conversion project. Specifically, a senior-level DBA is needed that has experience moving data from one database (in this case, Sybase) to another (in this case, Oracle), along with developing procedures for daily replication of the database to development environments and solid backup and recovery procedures. Required Skills: . Oracle expertise, specifically in the area of backup/recovery and database unload/reload process. . Excellent communication skills a necessity. NON ESSENTIAL SKILLS: .
