Need Kronos Developer Location - Framingham Length 6-12 months Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience managing IT projects for Kronos Workforce Management system. Strong planning, organizational skills are required. Experience with Kronos pay rules, accrual rules, time cards, schedules, time clocks etc. Experience with Microsoft SQL database, query language and stored procedures. Knowledge of Crystal Reporting tool is a plus. Experience with HR/Payroll Business Applications High level analytical and problem solving skills are required Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxely compliance and Systems Life Cycle Methodology.
