Duration – 12 months Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to internal business teams. • Candidate must be able to prioritize workload, provide timely and accurate resolutions. Perform in-depth research and identify sources of production issues. • Candidate will be required to effectively perform root cause analysis of issues and report the outcome to business community and management. • Develop and utilize core support tools and processes to perform work while improving day-to-day practices for support team members with the goal of delivering service improvements to the business. • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. • Excellent analytical and communication skills including ability to facilitate and lead large meetings and calls. • Flexibility to provide off-hour support when necessary and respond to emergencies in timely manner.
