Job Title: Performance Engineer Location: Columbus, OH Duration:6+ Months contract with extensions Experience or Equivalent: Minimum required to perform job. * 4+ years in software quality field. * 2+ years in PE discipline with all of the following LoadRunner protocols: Web HTTP/s SAP Web SAP GUI OR * 2+ years in end user application monitoring through BAC. * 3+ years experience with HP Quality Center or comparable tool. * 2+ years experience with functional automation tool (WinRunner, Quick Test Professional, Robot, RFT, SilkTest, QARun, etc.) Experience in at least two of the following LoadRunner protocols: Web Click and Script WinSock DB VoiceXML RDP Citrix Web Services GUI VUser (WinRunner or QTP) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: * Performance Engineering * Formalized SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) * Analytical Skills * Business Acumen * Process Improvement * Influencing Skills * Organizational Agility * Time Management, Project Management Skills * Written and Verbal Communication * Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, ability to describe complex process activity. * Aptitude for technical project details * Ability to teach and mentor.
