Job Title : Business Analyst Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 4-5 yrs exp Technical/Functional Skills : . Experience reviewing requirements, status reports, etc. . Experience working with application owners to insure that they comply with issues, requirements, etc. . Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), Should be able to influence organizational heads to get the desired outcomes. . Familiar with all stages of the development life cycle including analysis, design, development, deployment and support . Self-starter with a can-do approach and strong client focus . SDLC methodology (CMM, RUP, ITIL) . Microsoft Office, esp. Powerpoint, Word, Excel . Ability to summarize findings in a clear and concise manner . Ability to write and speak clearly Experience Required Roles & Responsibilities : . Review and analyze compliance requests and determine/perform follow-up tasks with managers to ensure timelines are met. . Analyze reports, summarize key findings and identify potential issues. . Produce Powerpoint decks and Excel reports based on data analysis . Work with application owners to insure that they comply with issues, requirements, etc..
