***·         Past implementation experience in SD, Order Management, Pricing
(perhaps 1-2 implementation experience)*

*·         Experience in configuring Validations *

*·         Able to understand ABAP / BAPI / RFC (?) – no need to code ABAP*

*·         Will work with SAP implementation team in HYD to get the design
implemented*

*In all, 4-6 years of real SAP experience (again avoiding cooked up
profiles).*

*Project/Role Specific*

•          8 or more years of hands-on experience with SAP R/3, or ECC
implementations.

•          Project emphasis on enabling order management capabilities in SAP
Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution to support Retail channel
fulfillment sourced from multiple plants.

•          Includes backend integration to support EDI and web portals used
for customer order placement using a variety of integration methods (IDoc,
BAPI, Dynapro RFC’s, web services).

•          Familiarity with SAP program objects and configuration that
control the following SD / LE characteristics:

•          Order validation

•          Transportation planning

•          Routings

•          Customer pricing

•          Price conditions

•          Material substitutions

•          Apply price discounts and surcharges for value added services

•          Global ATP (in APO)

•          Inventory allocations (in SCM)

•          Delivery Due Lists and Backorder Rescheduling

•          Advanced ABAP and debugging skills required. Ability to
troubleshoot, step through, and reverse engineer legacy ABAP code in
userexits, using standard debugging tools.



*General Skills*

•          Familiar with SDLC, Waterfall, SCRUM, or similar
development/implementation methodologies

•          Strong verbal communication and cross-group collaboration skills

•           Skilled in writing high-quality functional specifications and
working with a team to see the vision realized

•           Strong project management and small team leadership experience,
project planning, risk management, issue resolution skills

•          Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower

•           Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal
supervision

•           Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to
get the job done

•           Proven experience driving projects to successful completion
