For example, Windows XP and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word and Project), · 3 years of experience in the extensive use of SAS as a reporting and diagnostic tool. · Working knowledge of defect tracking tools such as mercury Quality Center · Demonstrated analytical ability in review of test results versus test plans and case matrices. · Aptitude for attention to detail in the planning, organization and conduct of testing activities. · Proven active participation in implementation of standardized testing techniques and maintenance of test documentation. · Ability to communicate effectively and considerately with both technical and non-technical staff. Experience in working under very tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously. · A minimum of two years experience in test plan/case preparation, software testing and defect analysis and resolution, · Experience in software quality assurance procedures, methods and root cause analysis.
