Need consultants with BPO, Supply Chain, Logistic industry experience. ** 4 to 5 yrs exp is okay * * *BPIM responsibilities:* * * · Work allocation across teams · Ensuring communication efficiency between onshore & offshore teams · Handle escalation with CEVA and End customers/FPC · Represent /Participate in weekly, Monthly and quarterly performance analyzes calls with CEVA and Client. · Planning, coordination and implementation of all new products · Transition Management · Escalation Management · Develop metrics and dash boards · Continuous Improvement · Business Process Re-engineering · SOP finalization and Approval · Relationship building with Station/Account Managers *Qualifications:* · MBA/ MS in Finance or related field · Typically 5-6 years of project and people management experience. · Experience in Managing Shared Services Outsourcing/ Off-shoring,. · Excellent Excel Analytical Skills. · Ability to interact and manage customer expectations/metrics for on-time delivery and other requirements. · Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, executives and customers · Highly developed critical thinking and analysis skills · Six Sigma, Kaizen certification is a plus. · PMP certification is a plus.
