*Job Title: Business Systems Application Analyst* *Location: NYC, NY* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: DOE* *MANDATORY Requirements* 1. 4 years experience in *IT Asset Management Life Cycle* (from asset procurement to retirement/expiration/salvage/renewal, including software contracts and licenses) 2. 4 years experience with IT Asset Management systems including actual working knowledge of Oracle, Maximo, Remedy, and others 3. 2-4 years experience with integrating IT Asset Management systems with procurement, financial, and/or other support systems 4. 2-4 years experience in process analysis of sourcing, procurement, tracking and renewal of professional services, IT hardware, software, infrastructure and telecom assets 5. 2-4 years experience in documenting, developing and implementation of Asset Management solutions 6. 2-4 years experience in developing IT Asset Management controls, measurements, standards, policies, and auditing compliance metrics DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: 1. Experience as a Senior Analyst for an IT Asset Management functional area/dept 2. Experience in the reengineering/integration of several IT Asset Management applications 3. Working knowledge of the following Asset Management applications: Maximo, Remedy, Oracle Procurement/Order Management/Purchasing, Primavera, and Clarity 4. Experience in IT Asset Portfolio budgeting and cost controls 5. Experience in the development and implementation of an IT Asset Portfolio Management system 6. Knowledge of IT Governance, Budgeting and Procurement in a government agency environment 7.
