Please reply back to [email protected] along with the resume, contact details and rate expecting. *NEED 2 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES FROM THEIR PROJECTS* *Role: Business Analyst* *Work Location: Oaks, PA* *Duration: 6 months* *Generic Managerial Skills:* Banking and Financial Background *Technical/Functional Skills: *As a member of the Global Wealth Management Team, the Business Analyst will work with various solution and product groups in defining and building the functional requirements The role will also include the definition of SEI’s Enterprise Architecture and integration with SEI’s (and other vendors’) back office processing *Experience Required:* - Possess good working knowledge and experience in General Securities Processing, Trade Execution and Settlement Process, Knowledge in Portfolio tax lot accounting, US Tax Reporting (interfacing with One Source) and wash sales. - Knowledge in Fixed Income scientific Amortization & Accretion calculations and Investment Accounting. - Provide solid business and analytical contribution to the development, enhancement and implementation of an investment processing services components that are in line with the overall business strategy. - Within component based architecture utilize business process methodologies to facilitate the streamlining of design processes through business and technical resources. - Proactively recommend innovations and modifications which are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures. - Both independently and as a member of design team complete assignments of moderate to high complexity and risk, including the collection, analysis and reporting of information from internal and external sources. - Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify applications. - Ability to decompose use cases to appropriate level of detail. - Based on requirements review, analyze, evaluate and recommend business systems, component applications and user needs. - Interaction with prospects, clients and industry representatives in gathering business requirements. - Support project managers and senior level analysts on various projects. - Assisting quality assurance with creation and execution of acceptance tests as needed. - Ensure end deliverable meets original client’s needs. - Work with development project teams with regards to functional specifications, quality assurance scripting, and product rollout. - Facilitate and coordinate meetings and workshops. - Document/communicate key decisions, open issues, case studies, workflow and functional requirements. - Establish relationships within the internal and external business community. *Roles & Responsibilities:* - Working knowledge of the investment management industry including portfolio construction and implementation, security trading and settlement, cash management – both domestic and international. - Experience with end-to-end transaction processing applications. - Additional desired experience includes tax management, alternative investments, and fixed income modeling. - 3 – 5 years experience in design, development, test, and implementation of large scale business and technology integration initiatives supporting domestic and global investment processing applications and systems. - 5 years “hands-on” experience as a user, analysis, developer, or technical specialist supporting financial services applications. - Consulting experience with a recognized firm is desirable. - Understanding of all steps in the development life cycle. - Must have proven success in the prioritization of multiple tasks, teamwork, all forms of communication, and self-motivation. - Working to expert knowledge in global and domestic security industry legal, regulatory, and operating standards/protocols. - Must have experience in designing component based applications and working with a structured development methodology. - Hands on experience with writing use cases. - Strong problem solver and proven ability to think creatively and seek optimum solutions. - Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical, business and financial issues and options ______________ Best Regards *Abhi *| Sr. Recruiter Xenosoft Technologies Inc, 18170 Dallas Parkway | Ste 201 | Dallas, TX 75287 [email protected] | | www.xtglobal.com, Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ORACLE DWH DBA" group.
