Must have 5-8 yrs of leading end-to-end implementations in SAP CRM integration projects including : a. Provides hands-on Configuration expertise in various areas of CRM including Marketing, Sales, Service Mgmt, Customer Interaction Center (Web Client and Win Client) and Trade & Promotion Management (TPM) 2. Have worked as Solution Architect, Lead Consultant and Project Manager on several Project a. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor to several Clients on Implementation Strategy, Solution Design, Scope Management and Risk Management 3. Strong and extensive back-end experience in R/3 (Sales, Customer Service, Projects and BW/SEM) 4. Should have a solid understanding of ABAP programming & BSP Programming experience 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.
