Our group supports Sports, Acquisitions and Quality Assurance, Creative Services, and Advanced Technology Operations. The applications we develop are critical to the creation, acquisition, broadcasting, and re-selling of products. Strong communication skills are a must as responsibilities include working in a team, with our customers, and closely with other groups within IT. The ability to quickly understand the business problem we are solving is also a critical skill. * *Technical Skills:* • *8+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE* * 3+ years Java J2EE with complex multi-layer applications**. • Working knowledge of Spring/Hibernate and/or EJB 2.0 a ++. **• Strong working knowledge of SQL. • Current knowledge of and experience with J2EE application servers(WebLogic or JBoss preferred). • Excellent object-oriented design & programming skills, including strong working knowledge and experience in using UML and applying design patterns. • Experience with IDE’s such as IntelliJ or Eclipse, and tools such as CVS/SubVersion/Maven/Ant/Bamboo, etc. • Big pluses would be experience with any of the following: BPM’s, ESB’s, Camel, Compass, ActiveMQ, JBoss or Pramati application servers.
