Job Role: Business Systems Analyst/System Tester Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: 2 years Description: Our client is looking for Business Systems Analyst/System Tester for Sacramento, CA. ROLE: Business Systems Analyst/System Tester Responsibilities: Analyze use cases and the detail system designs for the purposes of developing testing scenarios and test scripts/cases Analyze and identify flaws in design logic and identify software defects Verify defects are retested and resolved Verify requirements are tested and traceability to the test scripts is maintained Design and write test scripts (Functional, System, Integration and Regression) Execute Functional, System, Integration and Regression Test Scripts Prepare test status reports Provide customer support during UAT test cycles Mentor team members REQUIRED: Excellent written and verbal communication Experience performing QA and producing high quality written deliverables 3+ years experience collecting and analyzing use cases and requirements 3+ years experience in preparing requirements and design documentation 3+ years conducting QA of functional and technical specifications Strong proven analytical skills 3+ years of experience writing and executing test scenarios and test scripts Required experience as a business or systems analyst performing requirements analysis and application system design and performing system test activities Must have the ability to analyze complex requirements and detailed system designs and write test scripts Must have the ability to understand how application components function together within a large integrated-application Required experience with testing custom web-based applications, interfaces, business rules engines and/or workflow engines PREFERRED SKILLS: Additional preference for experience on a large-scale public sector custom-development web-based projects Additional preference for experience in programs related to disability insurance system, insurance claims systems and/or financial/accounting application systems Additional preference for experience with using test management tools such as Quality Center, Clear Quest, TFS or similar Additional preferred experience in using SQL and UML Please send me your Updated Resume and these details ASAP: Full Name: Contact No: E-mail ID: Availability: Visa Status/Citizenship: Current Location: Rate or Employer Details: Even if you are not interested at this time, can you please send us your current resume, so that we can contact you if we get a requirement that fits your skill set The referral of your friends and colleagues are appreciated.
