You must be comfortable in working in a small, fast team with quick interim deliverables operating under the constraints of a large financial organization. Team members will be in other locations / time zones, so we're looking for individuals with good oral and written communications skills, able to communicate objectively and regularly. A bachelor's degree in computer science or another quantitative discipline such as engineering or math, is highly desirable.
