Good Morning,
I hope your day is going well. After filling the SAS Programmer
Analyst position , the candidate had a family emergency and will not be able
to fulfill the contract. With that being said, the manager needs a resource
as soon as possible. In the past, the manager has hired off of a phone
screen but in most cases the candidate will be required to come to Chicago
for the face to face interview. It is highly preferred that candidates are
local to Illinois. Please me aware, if a candidate is working on a
visa, Client has a 10 day processing time before the candidate can begin
work and we will need several supporting documents to present to Citi for
auditing purposes. In the event that the candidate has an active EAD,
Greencard, or US Citizenship, we will not need to wait the ten days. If you
have submitted candidates who have not interviewed with client, I am willing
to revisit their resume. The interview process is phone screen to hire so
we do not need the candidate to come in for a face to face interview.
