Please let me know if you are available for the requirement. *Reply to: [email protected] or [email protected]* * * *Position: Scrum Master* *Location: Dallas, TX; El Segundo, CA; Mirimar, FL * *Duration: 6 months* *Requirements:* *1-2 years work experience in agile development. * *5-7 years of Application Development work experience.* *Experienced in Scrum/XP and executes practices of Scrum.* Organizing the ceremonies of Agile (Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint Review (demo), Sprint Retrospective) and insures the methodology is applied correctly, assists the team in becoming a self-organizing team, removes impediments preventing the team from accomplishing its sprint goals, Shields the team from external interference (e.g. raiding team members, changing priorities etc.), improves the velocity and productivity by analyzing team metrics and identifying improvements to the team's engineering practices and tools, facilitates creativity and empowerment of the development team, communicates information on a team's progress and successes to all stakeholders through timely creation of the BurnDown/BurnUp charts and other team metrics, facilitates close collaboration between the Product Owner and the team. Able to act as a team / project leader providing process direction to team activities.
