Job Role: Business Analyst QA Tester wd Healthcare Domain Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 9-24 Months Local or Midwest Only Description: F2F interview will likely be required, so please keep that in mind. Candidates local to the Chicago area, or at least the Midwest, will have an advantage here. All Submissions MUST HAVE the following: * SOLID BA/QA resource needed with knowledge of HIPAA 4010, 5010 & EDI transactions to support the analysis of current business processes and work with management to improve and implement enterprise solutions to ensure compliance with the regulatory mandate. * Responsible for business process design and lead high-level business process design efforts with information from stakeholders, end users, and ITG. * Good experience with EDI. * Evaluate business capabilities and develop a comprehensive test strategy which defines the testing approach for function or release. * Evaluate and test new or modified software products and validate documentation prior to release. * Prepare, design, and execute test plans and cases (of moderate to high complexity) based on customer and software requirements and technical understanding of product architecture to attain quality software both economically and efficiently, including both new and existing feature regression tests. * Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. * Verify accuracy of test results and documents results. * Document defects in defect tracking system. * Perform re-tests to verify resolution of defects. * Reproduce, investigate, and debug software issues. * Develop and maintain project test deliverables in adherence to HCSC-defined methodology. * Communicate updates to project team, project leads, supervisors, and managers as required. * Create and/or contribute to the development of System Test and Overall Test and Review plans. .
