Title : SQL Server Database Developer/Analyst Location : Parsippany, NJ Duraiton : 6 months Rate : 42/hr c2c Project involves integrating and converting data from many sources into a single application, and roll out the model to 26 metro areas. Developer will have to work with other Developers/DBAs, system analyst to perform data analysis, data cleansing, and identifying data anomalies/issues and report them. Clear and concise communication and documentation is very critical for this assignment. Good ETL/Data loading experience is a must. The Database Developer/Analyst should possess expertise in SQL Server development, SQL, Stored Procedures, DTS & SSIS. At least 7+ years working with SQL Server 2005 Expertise SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), DTS and Stored procedures Experience working with large set of data Experience Using temp tables, LOOP Containers, HASH, and MERGE JOINS Experience writing load process from various systems Advanced knowledge of writing SQL Queries At least 5 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, modeling, testing, and supporting web based applications, including tuning using indexing and partitioning techniques, and designing, developing, and implementing ETL Conducting data investigations and assisting the business partners with complex data analysis and ad-hoc queries. Monitoring queries and report behavior to assure performance expectations are met.
