If you have any question please let me know at# *847-557--8475* * * *Job Description--* * * *Role : Application Data Architect* *Location : Tallahassee, FL* *Duration : 2 Years Plus* * * *Our client is seeking a talented Application Data Architect to join our project team to provide Data Architect support in Web systems development and Maintenance services for our clients. * *As an Application Data Architect, their primary responsibilities are as follows:* * * *• Works with the application Developers, Technical Leads and Project Managers on various web application development projects to construct and maintain data models. * *• Works under the direction of the Project Manager to create and implement data model – physical and logical.* *• Define and communicate data architectural standards and participate in data architecture review process and help enforce data standards, principles and procedures. • Collaborate with Oracle Database administrators and Developers. * *• Demonstrate broad technical knowledge with strong documentation and diagramming skills Required Skills: * *• 72 months development and maintenance of physical/logical data dictionary * *• 72 months enterprise-wide entity-relationship model * *• 72 months logical data dictionary using a top-down approach * *• 72 months includes 1) development and maintenance projects, 2) transition from logical database to design of physical database structures, 3) data analysis, 4) skill transfer ability • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • Experience with high-volume, rapid transaction processing systems* *• Strong oral and written communication skills * *• Strong conceptual knowledge of Relational data modeling. * *• Data Modeling Skills and experience in Logical and Physical database design. * *• Must have strong ability to assist the Technical Leads and the Application Developers in Relational database design. * *• Experience in UML modeling is preferable. * *• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Data modeler with a background of designing medium to large scale databases. * *• High proficiency using data modeling tools (Erwin preferred) with minimum of 2 years experience. * *• Working experience with Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL is preferred.
