Duration: 3-6 months contract. *Customer Focus: *• Uses knowledge of Business Units policies and procurement processes to assess findings, evaluate enablement options and recommend Ariba ablement process. • Speaks to a variety of internal customers from different departments, at different levels, and in large or small groups (e.g. accounts payable, category managers, suppliers, technical team). • Identifies Business Unit issues and approaches for determining potential solutions. • Makes the client successful within the realm and scope of the Ariba P2P solution. • Leads Business Units and end-users through the lifecycle of an Ariba implementation. - Guides customers through the design process to make decisions with full visibility into Ariba Best Practices. - Assists customers in the development of processes and procedures which leverage Ariba solution functionality being deployed. - Authors Functional Design and Configuration documents. • Shares expertise through training and communications with customers ensuring knowledge transfer and the desired level of self-sufficiency is achieved.* Ariba Solution Expertise: *• Communicates to effectively resolve problems or issues. • Applies a broad knowledge of spend management applications/solutions.* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technical discipline. - A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience with consulting firm or comparable in systems implementation, process re-engineering or a related discipline. - Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, sourcing, category management, vendor performance management. - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale projects is a plus. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Health Care Industry experience a plus. - Exposure to multicultural scenarios / international work experience a plus. - Strong analytical and organizational talent. - Experience with Ariba solutions, heavier focus in P2P.
