Experience on WebSphere Portal, version 6.X 2. Experience with IBM Web Content Management (WCM) and IBM WebSphere Portlet Factory. Experience includes: a) Creation and development of Authoring Templates, Presentation Templates, Workflows, Categories, and Site Areas b) Development of WCM Components. Examples of WCM components includes Menu, JSP, HTML, and Taxonomy WCM components 3. Working knowledge of RAD, Eclipse 4. Experienced on Java and J2EE, expertise in Object Oriented Analysis and Object Oriented Programming 5. Experienced in JSR 168/286-compliant portlet design and development, preferably in an IBM portal environment 6. Strong written & verbal communication *Nice-To-Have:* 1. Working knowledge on IBM OmniFind Search Engine or STRUTS 2. Working knowledge on Lotus Connections 3. Working knowledge of creation of and update to Portal Themes and Skins 4. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver a plus! 5. Experience with the agile development methodologies a plus!
