Participates in configuration and implementation of MES software and other manufacturing system 2. Assist with MES implementation around various modules that include data acquisition and collection, production tracking and Genealogy, Capacity planning and process management. 3. Assist in MES reporting and analysis of data around cycle time, conformance to schedule and other plant specified parameters. 4. Assist with data migration activities - data extract, cleansing, standardization, upload and validation activities. 5. Participate in Business Process Mapping for multiple functional groups 6. Plans and Performs proof of concept activities and pilot activities 7. Performs system testing and integration testing 8. Writes functional specifications that accurately reflect customer requirements 9. Creates test plans, use cases and test cases. 10. Completes Work Instructions and system documentation on new requirements. Assist in system launch. 11. Status and Management reporting as directed by team lead and supervisors. 12. Participates in rollout planning and execution Requirements: 1. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with manufacturing systems worked on at least 1 MES system implementation. 2. Must be able to work with multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Automotive industry and able to work with High Level customers within various functional groups 3. Experience with Oracle databases, SQL Server, PLC programming and any MES package. 4. Must have excellent communication, organization, documentation, co-coordinating and teamwork skills. 5. This candidate must be able to work independently and be very thorough and detail orientated in his / her deliverables. 6. Must have strong English communication skills, speak clearly and concisely (in person and over the telephone) and write in clear and logical manner in English. 7. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall Please reply with following details ASAP.
