The individual must be process oriented and will heavily participate in technical design and development effort. The individual will primarily focus on the following · Reviewing and analyzing project specifications and conceptual design · Guide the team of developers to design and develop right solution · Manage to complete detailed project designs, programs, configure and implement Oracle applications. · Designs units for others. · Completes development to implement complex components. · Designs solutions for others to develop. · Participates in cross-functional teams. · Leads design activities · May provide mentoring and guidance to developers. · Designs, prepares and executes unit tests.
